The Dacha
Relaxed living. Enduring craft. The Dacha is a generous and inviting bed inspired by country houses and rural retreats. Its broad, sweeping headboard is framed in hand-turned teak, bringing warmth, texture and quiet character to the bedroom.
Construction
KIRSANOV BED-01 — specified manufacturing standard, subject to workshop verification: solid, appropriately kiln-dried hardwood structural rails and load-bearing members. Precisely fitted mortise-and-tenon, loose-tenon or equivalent engineered joints with suitable reinforcement are required; staple-only or particleboard structural frames are not acceptable. A properly engineered mattress-support system, centre support where required, carefully finished concealed components and tailored upholstery must be inspected before dispatch. Final timber species, joint details, mattress support and factory quality checks are confirmed for each commission before manufacture. This text describes our required standard, not an externally certified or previously completed test.
Description
Designed for comfort and everyday living, The Dacha combines traditional craftsmanship with a relaxed contemporary spirit. The upholstered base keeps the form calm while the hand-turned timber bead frame gives the headboard its distinctive silhouette.
